28. How to Change default start menu into Classic start menu?
Tips:-

• Right Button click on start menu
• Properties
• Click on start menu tab
• Then Select classic start menu
• Ok.

29. How to create user account?
Tips:-

• Click on start menu
• Setting
• Control Panel
• User Accounts
• Click on create a new account
• Type a name for the new account
• Then Select account type (Any one of computer administrator or Limited)
  
• Click on create account.

30. How to set cursor blink rate in your computer?
Tips:-

• Click on start menu
• Setting
• Control Panel
• Keyboard
• Select speed tab now select your cursor blink rate
• Ok.
