How do I lock a folder

If more than one user on a personal computer is a lot of time, but a lot of folders or personal folder is hidden. That way you can lock the folder. Now it is possible with some software. Suppose, the D drive is a folder on your computer that you want to lock. Suppose, this folder is SA. To lock the folder on the desktop computer, you must first open the Notepad.
